Celebrating 11 Years!

11 yeas ago today I never dreamt of what ISTS would become. In fact it was truly pure survival for many years. The dreams really started coming around year 4-5 but burnout hit and dreams felt impossible. I stayed afloat with the knowing I would not let my customers, community, children, and myself down. I would figure it out (well me and YouTube).

Then 4 years ago today Chelsea joined me in what quickly grew into a revitalization of all dreams! I quickly was reminded that I was capable, I was successful, I am who I say I am, and God knew I needed a friend and business partner to help fuel that.

From that day on the dreams have grown and so have we. While I still occasionally visit YouTube we have grown into professionally trained and certified installers. We have collaboratively spent thousands of hours going to shows, Chelsea completing Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Program, webinars, meetings, and field trips to grow our knowledge and our dreams.

New space, new equipment, new team members, new customers, and new dreams have all been built. ISTS is here to stay and serve. We are committed to continue to grow, being the best we can be.

To all those along the way, those who went through the trenches of those early growing pains, thank you for your trust in us and time and dedication to ISTS. There has not been a past customer or employee who didn’t have some sort of growing effect on us and for that we are grateful.

To the Carroll community, you know we love you and support the growth and reinvestment into our local economy. Thank you for all of the support and encouragement through the years!

To our friends and families, you are truly the best of the best. We have the best cheerleaders , volunteers, and listeners around. We truly could not do what we do without everyone of you!
